Shipping and Returns

When will my package arrive?

All orders are processed when received and dispatched on the 1st of each month using New Zealand Post Courier. 

Your order will arrive in a single package within 1-3 days of the 1st of each month.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have updated your email since placing your order please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at hello@necesse.co.nz

If you would like your order to be processed in time for the upcoming month of deliveries you must place your order more than 3 days in advance of the 1st day of the subsequent month. 

Shipping costs: 

All subscription orders receive free shipping.

Monthly Subscriptions:

If you chose to have your Necesse Tampons delivered monthly, you will receive two boxes every month for 6 months (6 deliveries in total).

Bi-monthly Subscriptions:

If you chose to have your Necesse Tampons delivered on a bi-monthly basis, you will recieve four boxes every second month for 6 months (3 deliveries in total).

Other Information:

The majority of deliveries are received within 3 business days. If you have not received your order within 5 business days or there is problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible at hello@necesse.co.nz 

All quoted pricing is in NZD and inclusive of GST. 

We currently only ship within New Zealand.

We take pride in ensuring our customers have an excellent experience. If for whatever reason you are not totally satisfied with your Necesse Subscription experience, we’re not satisfied either.

Please send us an email to hello@necesse.co.nz as soon as you can, so we can put things right.

Returns

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Necesse organic tampon products. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, or if your Necesse products are damaged or faulty in any way, you may return them. We may then either send you a replacement or arrange a refund.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received the order that you are not satisfied with, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with the product you have received, outlining your wish to return the product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please provide this in your email as well as your name and delivery address. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
* If you are part way through your subscription you can only return unsatisfactory product received within 30 days of the subscription delivery date. 
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We take pride in the high quality and standards of our products and will therefore immediately replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

To return your product, please send us an email at hello@necesse.co.nz

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
